  • Nicky Singleton

    Dr Nikki Singleton

    Senior Clinical Director/Veterinary Surgeon

    BVMS BSc MSc GPCert(ExAP) MRCVS
    Nikki has a strong interest in Geriatric medicine and has completed a post-graduate certificate this area and is studying for her Pain Management Certificate currently. She also has completed a Certificate in Business Management which helps her support the wider Willows Group  at our Head Office.
    Nikki lives with her partner Jon who is an equine dentist and son William. Their household includes an assortment of pets including two rescue horses, Gladys and Oscar, and a pet sheep called Flump.
    She has three rescue cats  Sky, Luna and Biscuit.
    The family love walking with their dogs, Tanzanite, Tinkasite and Tank who are Springer Spaniels and a Jack Russell Terrier called Badger.
    When not taking care of her houseful of beings she pursues several hobbies including skiing, diving and travel. She likes to take advantage of trips away to support animal charities and recently helped support to rescue centres in Costa Rica.

    Sami joined Hampton vets in September 2020 after locuming for the Willows group over previous years. With over 10 years’ experience in practice she has a passion for medicine and holds a medicine certificate but enjoy all areas of her job.

    She lives at home with her husband and son.

    In her spare time, she loves looking after her pets which include a pet goat, sheep and ducks. She is also a keen gardener and grows her own vegetables which she also brings in to share with the team.

    Alex graduated from Liverpool University in 2010 and joined Hampton in April 2021.

    She is interested in all aspects of small animal work and loves the variety of cases that a job in general practice brings to the door. At home Alex has a dog called Freddie and a cat called Leo, some chickens and some sheep.

    In her spare time she likes spending time with her family, walking in the countryside and looking after her sheep.

    Dr Alessandro Bada

    Veterinary Surgeon

    Alessandro joined Hampton in February 2023 as a veterinary surgeon, he loves all areas of his job, but particularly enjoys ultrasound scanning and cardiology. He is currently studying for a degree in small animal diagnostic imaging.
    Out of work he likes spending time with his wife, Taylor, and playing chess.

    Dr Jenifer Duckett

    Jen returned to the Willows Vet Group in November 2025 after a period away gaining her cardiology certificate. With well over 20 years’ experience in practice there’s not much she hasn’t seen, and whilst she still enjoys all aspects of small animal work she particularly enjoys medicine, hearts and eyes.
    She lives locally with her family and menagerie of dogs, cats, chickens and reptiles – most of which have ridiculous names – and she makes a pretty good chocolate brownie to fuel their long walks and days out on the beautiful beaches and mountains of North Wales.

    Lisa Regan

    Practice Manager

    Lisa joined Hampton in March 2021, after working in a Veterinary practice for 15 years as a Practice Manager, and Business Advisor in the veterinary industry over the last 5 years.

    She loves the variety of her role, taking time to look after the clients their pets and the practice team. She also supports other practices and the Head Office Team.

    She has 2 grown up children and spends her spare time at the gym or reading.

    Helen joined the Hampton Team in March 2021 and brings with her a wealth of experience having worked in small animal practices for over 20 years and been a Head Nurse for over 10 years.
    As part of her role she oversees the running and development of the nursing team as well as driving the improvement of nursing care within the practice.
    She loves all aspects of nursing but has a special interest in nurse clinics and feline care. As the cat advocate for the practice, she is working towards the Cat Friendly Practice Award, and endorses “Fear Free” and gentle feline handling within the Centre.
    Helen has a level 5 Certificate in Leadership and Management and recently completed a Certificate in Feline Dentistry. Helen is also a clinical coach and loves mentoring and supporting student nurses as they progress in their training.
    In her spare time, she likes going to the beach, going on adventures with her husband and son and spending time with her cat Douglas.
  • Emma Robinson

    Emma graduated from Harper Adams with a BSc in Veterinary Nursing and Pratice Management. Emma is also a registered SQP, which means she can advise on and dispense certain types of pet medicines. In her spare time, Emma enjoys eventing on her bay mare, called Summer, and looking after her numerous pets including her 3 dogs and 2 cats.

    Susie joined Hampton in October 2025. She is a Registered Veterinary Nurse and graduated from the University of Chester with a BSc (Hons) in Veterinary Nursing. Susie enjoys all aspects of nursing.
    In her spare time, Susie loves countryside walks with her dog.

    Beth joined Hampton in February 2020 as a Receptionist. She has previous experience as an Animal Care Assistant, and helped with the in patients, where upon she decided to start training as a Veterinary Nurse.
    Beth became a Registered Veterinary Nurse after completing her Level 3 Diploma in Veterinary Nursing in 2024.
    She has a keen interest in all areas of animal care, particularly post-operative recovery and rehabilitation.
    Outside of work she loves walking her crazy spaniel Bruce or spending time with her horses. Any spare time is spent attempting to become more green fingered growing vegetables.

    Holly loves the diversity in her work while working at Hampton, and obviously all the lovely pets.

    In her spare time she loves to exercise, mainly CrossFit, running and walking. Holly is also a BHSAI riding instructor and UKCC level 2 coach, and so spends time teaching people to ride, and riding horses for clients.

    Holly has 2 Daschunds at home, and it’s no secret that she loves a Chihuahua and all things furry!

    Rebecca is our insurance administrator. Rebecca has worked within the veterinary industry for 20 years and the last year of that has been here at Hampton.

    Rebecca loves helping and supporting people with the skills she has gained over the years.

    Helen has worked at Hampton for nearly 25 years, it feels like it’s her second home, and luckily for us she can’t see herself working anywhere else!

    She has a wealth of experience in all aspects of the practice, from client care, to surgical and medical nursing. Her years at Hampton mean she is a familiar face, and knows many of our clients very well.

    At home she lives with her husband and son, Zeus the dog, Buddy the cat, a rabbit and a hamster, which keep her very busy. Outside of work, she loves taking time to go horse racing, walking and spending time with the family.

    Chloe is part of the reception team at Hampton. At home, Chloe has a Springer Spaniel called Archie who is surprisingly calm for his breed.

    British Veterinary Receptionist Association Silver Award

    Sarah has had Golden Retrievers for over 20 years and currently has Milly (12)and Chloe (6). She loves going to Anglesey and walking her dogs on the beach.

    When she was growing up, Sarah had cats and a donkey called Emma.

    Sarah has achieved her British Veterinary Receptionist Association Silver Award.

    Lucy has worked as part of the Front of House team at Hampton vets since March 2021.
    She enjoys all areas of her job, particularly making clients and their pets at ease when waiting for their appointments.
    At home Lucy has a very loved black Labrador whom she rescued, and more recently a rescue Bedlington Whippet. In her spare time, Lucy enjoys walking the dogs in the Cheshire countryside, and coastal walks. Lucy also enjoys antique fairs and searching for an illusive Fabergé carved animal!
